About Jackson Morgan

Jackson Morgan is a native of Southern Maryland who earned a B.A. in History from the Virginia Military Institute in 2016. At VMI, Jackson was a member of the Cadet Equality Association, the organization tasked with Title IX training of the Corps of Cadets. Jackson went on to graduate in 2020 from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2021 and has since focused on personal injury cases.

Jackson joined Smith Law Center after years of practice in Protogyrou Law’s Civil Division defending insurance carriers. He gained invaluable trial and litigation experience in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts during that time. He understands the anatomy of a personal injury case from the “other side” and how to resolve them. Jackson can negotiate, litigate and try a case with an unwavering commitment to the client. He is unafraid to try a case but always acts with tact. Jackson has tried cases across the Hamptons Roads area and beyond from Virginia Beach to Danville. He also has experience litigating in the Richmond area. Jackson has strategic insights many personal injury lawyers do not have because of his work for national insurance companies.

Jackson lives in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife and two cats. In his free time he is an avid angler and grappler.
