The Brain Injury Law Center and Smith Law Center
The Brain Injury Law Center is part of Smith Law Center, a three-generation firm with more than 75 years of experience helping people after serious injuries.
Over the years, Smith Law Center has represented people across a wide range of serious personal injury cases. The Brain Injury Law Center grew from that experience with a more focused mission: to concentrate on the legal needs of people living with traumatic brain injuries and their families.
The connection between the two firms also gives Brain Injury Law Center access to the experience and resources of a larger personal injury practice while allowing this office to maintain its specialized focus on brain injury cases.

Stephen M. Smith has been litigating brain injury cases for nearly five decades, and he has consulted thousands of attorneys across the country on the subject of traumatic and mild brain injuries.
Mr. Smith founded the Brain Injury Law Center to serve as a central hub for brain injury survivors seeking legal help, information, and answers to their questions.
