On Nov. 1, U.S. News & World Report announced the results for the 2013 edition of Best Lawyers. The Brain Injury Law Center was honored to receive a Tier 1 ranking in the category "Best Law Firms" for Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs.
How is Ranking Assigned?
Our evaluation included consideration of feedback from satisfied clients, the high regard we have earned from other lawyers in the field and information we provided on a law firm survey.
Our clients were asked to rate us in the following categories:
- Expertise
- Responsiveness
- Understanding of a business and its needs
- Cost-effectiveness
- Civility
- Likelihood to refer
Lawyers in other law firms in the same area of practice were also asked to rate us in the following categories:
- Expertise
- Responsiveness
- Integrity
- Cost-effectiveness
- Likelihood to refer
- Worthiness as a competitor
In addition to these surveys, the Brain Injury Law Center provided information on general demographics, background information on our firm and attorneys and also gave information to highlight our achievements and strengths.
