The Brain Injury Law Center was recently able to secure justice for a man injured in a 2011 crash at Langley Speedway in our hometown of Hampton.
Chesapeake resident Naser Mowfy was participating in a race sponsored by Try It Racing when he lost control and crashed head-on into the track’s wall, suffering a traumatic brain injury in the process. A business owner and master electrician, Mowfy ended up losing his company as a result of the injury. He could no longer do what he loved.
After litigation by Brain Injury Law Center attorneys Stephen M. Smith and David Holt, he was awarded $3 million in damages. were paid by both Langley Speedway and Try It Racing.
